I am deeply saddened to see that both Carol and Steve have passed away. Steve's parents were my Godparents and dear family friends. I always loved going to their house in Muskegon Heights in the 1960s. I still remember attending the wedding of Carol and Steve (whom we called Sonny back then). I last saw Carol and Steve at the funeral visitation for Steve Sr. in the 1980s, after I had moved away from Muskegon. The world has lost some lovely people. I am grieving with you.

I am so sorry for your loss. I only met Mrs. Harvath a few times but each time she was so warm and friendly. I will always remember her at a dance lesson Doug and Maribel had before their wedding, dancing away, smiling and laughing. While I didn't know her well I know she was a wonderful mother because I see the person her son is. You are in our prayers.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. Carol was a gem of a person and we remember her lovely smile and gracious manner. We know she was loved and will be missed.
