Bob was the greatest Sports Historian for his era. We all knew the highlights, Bob knew ALL the inside details, and could spellbind an audience for hours on end with fascinating trips into the locker rooms helping us truly know and love our local heroes. Of course now he iis in heaven with many of them and they're chuckeling that "You weren't supposed to tell that secret and now I've got to apologize to half the guys here, and to those who are soon to come. It's okay, because the folks here have to forgive every slip-of-the-tongue...so we're both off the hook! Glad you're here, buddy!!!"

Bob was an amazing storyteller and always brought great zest for life. I will always remember his jois de vivre! May you continue telling stories!

Bob and my late husband, Chuck Carrig, were lifelong "buddies" and hockey fans. So sorry for the loss of your Dad.
