I Remember...

I remember having good times talking and having lots of laughs over a bowl of gumbo, whether it was in Michigan or Louisiana. Great memories. xo

My first memory of Mark was playing pickup football at Clawson Park. He was 4 years younger and tagging along with his older brother Doug. Mark knocked me down on a block and then offered to help me up with a sly grin and soft chuckle after the play was over. My last memory of Mark was when we were helping Brain Woltman put a roof on his daughters house a few years ago. We were picking up Shingles and I Slipped and fell. Mark was right there offering to help me up with the same grin and chuckle, some things never change. Mark was typical of the entire Penny family tough as nails when he had to be, such as on the football field but always extremely kind and considerate to other people. You will be missed Mark.
