My best memory of Wally is that he always had a chuckle or laugh for every conversation. Engineering catastrophe or "how ya doin'" was always initiated with his trademark smile and a soft laugh. And it was consistent over the 40 years I knew him from Tireman to Plymouth, to the Senate Coney Island Wednesday mornings!
