I Remember...

As a paramedic I recall many scenes where his calm demeanor and leadership brought a calm to unsettling situations. He was a true professional on and off duty. At the few social gatherings we both attended he was the first I sought out. Always a kind word or funny story. I admired how he talked about his family and put them first. I am so proud to have known him. Rest in peace Ken.

I was fortunate to spend a lot of time over the years, witnessing his leadership skills firsthand. He quietly helped others for many years throughout the community. His contributions are too many to numerate and are a testament to his humble approach. Many people still don't know that the help they received had Ken's helping hand. And that's the way he wanted it. With great respect, rest in peace, Ken.
