visiting him everyday in the counseling office, stacks of shoes piled high (IYKYK-T.Mills), none were for me, but I tried. He was the best! He will be missed. Although I didn't see him often after graduation, when I did, the conversation continued like it had never stopped. Rest in Peace. Phyllis-hope to see you at our 40th in October ( if you want to bring the roller skates-go ahead)

"Wild Man". The world is most certainly a better place because you were here. You made a difference in so many lives. Your passion for wanting those you raised, those you taught, and for those you disciplined to succeed left a huge impression on your students, friends and family. You were so serious about the mission you were on, but, you found humor in life situations and always saw the whole picture. I'm so thankful that you got to share the RHS 2013 Basketball Championship. What a great time for all of us who were a part of it. Then you watched with so much support and excitement as Nate went on to coach college basketball. It was fun to attend a game with you and Phyllis. I knew not to talk to you during the game, but, occasionally we would share a look and knew what each other was thinking. It was fun to watch college games when Nate was coaching, you, Phyllis and I. You and Phyllis from your home and me at mine. Phyllis and I would just be chatting away about the game (via text) and if we had a question for you,n sometimes Phyllis would have to say, Al, Al, Al before we could get your attention, too funny! During our last visit, you spoke about each of your children, Brad, Bryan, Renee, Cathy and Jennifer. You were proud and content that they were all doing well in life. We spoke of Phyllis and how much you loved her and you thought she was pretty great. We spoke about weather I should be worried about where you would spend eternity. You reached out your hand and I took ahold of it and you told me "I've got it covered, I'm all set and I'm ready". Ok then, Rest In Peace Wild Man. I will miss you. My life is richer because you were in it.
