Lorraine Brachel, age 96, passed away on July 4, 2026.

Lorraine was the beloved wife of the late Joseph for over 40 years. Loving mother of Keith (Bobbie), Steven (Trish), Dale (Mechelle), and Debbie (Marc) Madias. Proud grandmother of Brad Kollar (Staci Baker), Mike Madias (Mary Proch), Beth (Myke) Canada, and Miranda (Matthew) Scott and great-grandmother of Ethan and Evan Canada who were the joy of her life.

Visitation for Lorraine will be held on Thursday, July 9th, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at McCabe Funeral Home - Canton Chapel, 851 N. Canton Center Rd., Canton. Visitation will continue of Friday, July 10th, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of her Funeral Service at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Lorraine will be laid to rest in Glen Eden Memorial Park, Livonia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Lorraine's name may be directed to the Canton Goodfellows.
