Leasha Ferreira spent the first 40 years of her professional career working in an office setting and interacting with clients primarily by phone. After so many years in this environment, she knew she wanted to spend the remaining years of her career investing in a job that would allow her to work face-to-face with individuals on a more personal level. When she met the director, Andrea Bregg, and the entire McCabe family, she was absolutely sure working for the McCabe Funeral Home is where she both wanted and needed to be. In her words, the McCabe Funeral Home is “beautiful, well-maintained, and everyone is so very kind, hard working and takes great pride in providing supreme service to our community.“ In fact, Leasha’s time here has been the most rewarding of her career. Her strengths include showing compassion and offering great comfort and peace to everyone she serves. Leasha sees her role here at McCabe as an opportunity to invest in the families of her community who are going through some of the most difficult times of life. It is her firm determination to make a difference with each person she serves.
